Sales And Marketing Managers

1. Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

2. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

3. Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.

4. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

5. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.

6. Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels

7. Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.

8. Answers questions from parents about product and service benefits

9. Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service

10. Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals, and achieve targets on a weekly and monthly basis to increase the overall revenue of the company.

11. Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance

12. Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures

13. Willing to travel and work in the field.

14. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines with a go-getter attitude
