Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Determine potential business growth opportunities at Hospitals, Clinics, and Nursing Homes.
• Develop a good relationship with the customers and partners.
• Implement new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
• Provide customer satisfaction through negotiation.
• Implement operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
• Understand the need and preferences of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
• Meeting the customers and briefing them on the policies and procedures of the company.
• Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Diploma / Bachelor in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Telecom/Mechanical Engineering.
• B.Com /BBA Graduates with relevant related experience will also be considered
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in relevant business is preferred.
• Fresh engineering graduates with a flair for sales/marketing will also be considered.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Travel within the allocated districts of Karnataka would be part of the job.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is necessary.
