Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for rural markets to drive business growth.
Customer & Distributor Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the assigned rural territory.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure the achievement of primary and secondary targets for the area.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and local market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Territory Management:
Manage sales activities and the sales pipeline within the assigned territory, ensuring effective product distribution.
Promotional Activities:
Organize and attend promotional events to increase brand visibility and promote products in rural areas.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
Financial Management:
Ensure the timely collection of payments from customers and manage receivables.

Qualifications & Skills
