Essential
Graduate Degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS)
Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs
Graduation must be through a full time course
Applicants with an Engineering background (B.Tech/B.E./Diploma/B.Pharma) will not be considered
Experience : 1 - 5 years
Salary : 4,25,000 - 7,50,000 P.A.
Location : Chennai, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Patna
Job description
Working Guidelines - TSO (Stationery Range)
Sale
Drive primary sales in the Super Stockist network for Stationery and Cyano Range
Drive secondary sales of distributors through the alternate channel DSR's and handle key distributors directly
Visit top 25 counters for each distributor directly as per assigned beat plan
Ensure a good spread of Sub dealers under distributors
Effective utilization of all marketing initiatives being done in the geography to boost sales
Distribution Channel
To create and & Expand distribution channel for Stationery and Cyano for the Super Stockist
Keep up the engagement and relationship with Distributors, enabling them to become trusted business partners of AP.
Collections
To Ensure 90% CEI for the super stockist
Activities &
Feedback
Ensuring complete adherence & driving Marketing activity schedule for the super stockist
Provide regular market insights/feedback and competition information.
Ensure complete dissemination of all marketing collateral/POSM etc.
Ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure Customer complaints closure done within defined benchmark and create a satisfied customer.
Team
Ensure 90% + manning always at DSR level.
Ensuring that DSRs training takes place before they are deployed in the market
