Job Description
- Position: Regional Sales Manager,A.S.M,S.O
- Division: Homecare, FMCG
- Reports To: General Manager (Sales)
- Location/Department:
- Candidate must possess Graduate/ Post-Graduate degree from a reputed institution.
- Relevant experience of HOMECARE & FMCG
- Conversant with the use of MS office
- Excellent mail drafting skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Good leadership skill
- Responsible for sales and marketing functions in the designated region.
- Responsible for strengthening quality dealer network with the help of his team.
- Should keep motivating his team members and dealers to achieve desired targets.
- Must participate in development activities with his team members on periodic basis and to guide them for improvements.
- Must ensure timely reporting of daily/weekly/monthly tour reports, expense reports, competitors’ activities, area /market information and update management with all important happenings in his area.
- Should visualize and propose the products to achieve higher volumes to increase penetration and the market share.
- Responsible for controlling the expenses of the region within the allocated budget.
- Should have good back ground of Territorial knowledge, Launching of Company & Good Market Reputation.
- Should be Good Leader with good Market hold.
- Should have an Expertise of HOMECARE & FMCG
- 1-2 years of Work Experience.
