Job Description
Purpose: Will be responsible for meeting targets, identify new sources from assigned geography,and maintain relationship with sources and customers, achieving efficiency of assignedgeography and sources there by achieving the desired productivity expected by the company.Job description:1. Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping.Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with thehelp of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography and inform theprogress to reporting manager during team huddle.2. Source Relationship ManagementResponsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him inhis geography/area.
3. Maintain ReportsResponsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the prescribedformat. All documents related to Patri File should be maintained. Should maintain diary ondaily basis in the prescribed format of activities.
4. Channel Partner RecruitmentResponsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner
5. Team HuddleResponsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process.
6. Customer Relationship ManagementResponsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintainingrelationship with customers.
7. Completion of FileResponsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and information
