Job Description
- Make Sales visits & calls to potential and/or existing customers.
- Meet customers in order to move them through the funnel
- Explain our services, answer questions, and handle objections
- Call, Visit or E-mail potential and/or existing customers with
- Follow up information
- Responses to queries
- Record call and/or follow up details in the CRM system
- Escalate or assign information requests to other members of the teams
Skills Required:
- Fluent and effective spoken communication in English with a neutral accent
- Fluent and effective written communication in English
- Strong sales & persuasion skill
- Time management
- Working with MS Office
- Knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus
