Job description:
- Scanning locations for new constructions.
- Calling and Scheduling meet with Customers for Enquires generated through cold calls.
- Pitching for the right kind of product/Solution to a customer depending on his needs
- Negotiating with Customer and meeting price expectations
- Generate referrals from satisfied clients by staying in touch with them post sales.
- Plan for the day/Week/Month to achieve targets
- Meeting Architects, Builders, Project Management Consultants, Engineers and Contractors and maintaining good relations with them.
Skill Sets Expected:
- Sales & Marketing Skills, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Self - Initiative, Planning skills, Ability to work calmly under pressure
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good Communication is a must, Candidate from building material industry and UPVC Windows Industry is added advantage
Education: UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization / PG: MBA / PGDBM
