Responsibilities: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategy.
Modern trade outlets place to attract customers.
Expand distribution network by new distributor appointment & increasing the Width.
Ownership of Primary & Secondary sales in the territory.
Achieve availability, visibility & activation targets by effectively leading the distribution team.
The candidate should possess good operational knowledge of the Modern format.
Experience into handling large format retail, key accounts & modern trade.
