Job Description
Overview
- The Sales guy is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and converting them to support the sales head.
- This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
- A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
Required experience and knowledge
- MBA (Preferable) with good communication skill.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Handling events, promotions and advertisement.
Interview Process
- Candidates will have to appear for the interview process at Jaipur office
- Post selection they will be enrolled for 1 week induction program at jaipur office and they will be given basic training
- Candidates will appear for a Test at the end of the induction program
- Final confirmation will be rolled out to the candidates who clear the test after which the employment will begin
