Job Description
Sales Officer
- This is a field intensive role
- Potential for aggressive career growth
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (cold calling, offline activity, setting up camps and workshops)
- Create pipeline through apartments, societies etc
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned area.
- Evaluate customer’s skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
Requirements:-
- Graduate or MBA postgraduate from tier 3-4 colleges
- Adequate proficiency in English
- Freshers can apply
- Passionate about sales
- Ability to work under pressure and to achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated driven
- Able to work independently
