Job Description
- Acquire new Current and Savings Account (CASA) clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their banking needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
- Utilize a deep understanding of the bank's products and services to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition

Identify and approach potential customers for new account openings and product enrollment.

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for customer acquisition and product sales.

Explain product features, benefits, and banking processes to prospective customers clearly and professionally.
2. Sales of Banking Products

Promote and sell core banking products such as:

Savings and Current Accounts
-
Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits
-
Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Vehicle Loans
-
Credit Cards and Debit Cards
-
Bancassurance (life, health, and general insurance)
-

Cross-sell other value-added services based on customer needs.

Ensure product suitability and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Provide prompt support in resolving customer queries and issues.
4. Documentation and Compliance
-
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all new account openings and transactions.

Follow KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti Money Laundering), and other compliance guidelines strictly.

Coordinate with internal departments (operations, legal, risk, etc.) to ensure timely processing of applications and disbursements.
5. Reporting and Target Monitoring

Maintain daily call logs, lead conversion reports, and customer interaction data.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the reporting manager.

Analyze personal performance against targets and take corrective measures as needed.
6. Market Intelligence

Keep updated on competitor products, market trends, and local customer needs.

Share market feedback with branch and product teams to enhance offerings and strategies.
