Program Highlights :-
6 Days Virtual Training through role plays, classroom sessions, and assessments (Learn–Earn–Grow model).

Fully funded certification in banking. Direct absorption into Bank as Officer – Sales after clearing the assessment.

Career Path: OS1 → OS2 (fast-track) → Assistant Manager (Sales).

Eligibility Criteria
Age: 19–28 years Graduate with minimum 50% marks (final-year students eligible).Good communication skills in English and local language. High sales orientation, ready to travel locally for sales calls. No relatives in Axis Bank / Future Bankers Program. No pending legal cases. No Prior Working Experience in Banking & Insurance
Job Description – Sales Officer
Meeting customers locally through field sales and marketing activities.

Selling Bank and third-party products to new customers.

Cross-selling to existing customers.

Achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Completing mandatory certifications (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).

Ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines.

Recording customer interactions in the Bank’s CRM system.
