6 Days Virtual Training through role plays, classroom sessions, and assessments (Learn–Earn–Grow model).

Fully funded certification in banking. Direct absorption into Bank as Officer – Sales after clearing the assessment.

Job Description – Sales Officer

Cross-selling to existing customers.
Achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Completing mandatory certifications (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).
Ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines.
Recording customer interactions in the Bank’s CRM system.
