Job Role: Sales Officer
Location: Chennai

Eligibility:

Any UG/PG final year student or recent graduate

Maximum age: 26 years

Two-wheeler and valid driving license required

Freshers preferred; experienced candidates can apply (no salary negotiation)
Salary & Benefits:

₹16,000 – ₹18,000/month (2.4 LPA)

Incentives up to ₹60,000/year
-
Uniform salary for metro and non-metro locations
-
Promotion after 6 months to Officer Grade 2 – ₹17,500/month

Internal Job Postings (IJP) after 2 years
Job Responsibilities:

Meet 10–15 customers daily and open 1 account per day

Ensure document collection (KYC, Educational certificates)

Engage with customers and explain banking products

Maintain grooming and professionalism
Skills Required:

Communication skills (English & local language)

Willingness to learn and grow

Basic knowledge of banking
