Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Generate leads via cold calling, field visits, and online platforms.
- Present and pitch products/services to potential customers.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.
- Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Follow up with clients to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
3. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to improve the sales process.
4. Reporting & Market Insights
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data in CRM software.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management for strategy improvements.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sales targets effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales presentations.
