Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Officer - Loans and Financial Services to generate leads, acquire new customers, and promote financial products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and other financial services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, financial product knowledge, and excellent customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for Loans and financial services

Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure smooth approvals.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and financial institutions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Keep updated with industry trends and financial regulations.

Lead a team (if applicable) and assist in training new sales executives.

Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in loans and financial services.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Knowledge of different loan products and financial regulations.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of loan products, credit assessment, and financial regulations.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
