We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Two-Wheeler Loan Sales Executives to promote and source two-wheeler loan business. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource new customers for two-wheeler loans through dealerships, field visits, and referrals.Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers and customers.Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick loan approvals and disbursements.Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain productivity.Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan disbursements.Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.EligibilityMinimum qualification: PUC / Any Graduate.Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.Experience in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Loan Sales, or Direct Sales is an added advantage.Skills RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales and negotiation abilities.Customer-focused and target-oriented.Ability to work independently and in the field.Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹20,000 per monthAttractive IncentivesCareer growth opportunitiesTraining and development supportImmediate Joiners Preferred.
