Sales Officer Sales Executive
Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer Sales Executive to drive field sales of our products, including POS machines, QR code solutions, and sound boxes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and expanding market presence. This role requires a self-driven, target-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Sales & Customer Acquisition

Promote and sell POS machines, QR solutions, and sound boxes to businesses and individual clients.

Conduct door-to-door sales, client visits, and product demonstrations.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.

Identify potential customers and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities.
2. Product Demonstration & Consultation
-
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to clients clearly and confidently.

Provide solutions tailored to customer needs and business requirements.

Answer queries and address concerns about products, services, and payment options.
3. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain records of client interactions, sales, and payments.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and updates to management.

Track and report on sales performance against targets.
4. Travel & Mobility
-
Travel within the assigned territory/area using a bike or other vehicle.

Ensure timely visits to clients and follow-ups for sales closure.

Maintain a valid driving license and adhere to traffic rules during fieldwork.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Knowledge of POS machines, QR code systems, or related technology products is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and mobile-based reporting tools for sales tracking.
Soft Skills

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
