Job Description
Designation: Sales Operations Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle lead generation and book appointments
2. Train staff in products, market and processes for sales excellence
3. Develop go to market models for products and campaigns
4. Increase reps' efficiency with leads, transactions and time management
5. Onboard, and mentor employees
6. Manage sales data for the sales team
7. Report sales and campaign results to their managers and other departments as needed
8. Organize and maintain sales collateral for access by the sales team
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience in a sales operations or similar role
2. Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
3. Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
4. Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
5. Relevant training and/or certifications in sales operations preferred
