2. Facilitate Site Visits : Collaborate with prospective buyers and sellers to streamline the process of site visits, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Online Marketplace Familiarity : Familiarity with online marketplaces and classified platforms is advantageous.
Local Language Fluency : Proficiency in the local language is a mandatory requirement.
