- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- An experience of Amadeus is a must.
- Voice profile handling Inbound CS & Sales Calls from US customers.
- Must have good Sales Skills and be Target Oriented.
- Good understanding of International fare rules and GDS commands.
- Must possess Professional & Positive attitude.
- Able to learn new skills quickly and deliver results.
Job Specifications:
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Undergraduate/Graduate can apply.
- Should be flexible to work in NIGHT.
- Should have minimum experience of 6 months with International BPO having experience in the same field.
- Should be flexible for Inbound Voice Process.
Salary :
- Salary + Incentive (Best In Tricity) + Cab Facility
- Salary – 1 Lac to 6 Lac CTC
- Experience : 0.6 - 5 Years
