Job Description

  • Customer follow-up for the update of submitted offer.
  • Convincing inquirer to buy the product (Converting inquirer into purchaser)
  • Development of new customer from the references and lead.
  • Calling old/regular customers on daily basis to keep contact alive for new orders and inquiries. 
  • Make outbound calls to promote products. 
  • Handle inbound calls and provide customer support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales target.
  • Build and maintain positive relationship with customers.
  • Result based work and reporting and updating of executed work/assignment on daily basis.
