Job Description
Job Summary:
A Sales Promoter is a front-line sales professional who engages directly with customers in retail outlets, events, or promotional stands to drive product awareness, demonstrate product features, and convert inquiries into sales. The primary goal of a Sales Promoter is to increase product visibility and boost sales by actively promoting brand offerings.
This position requires a confident, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain products persuasively. Sales Promoters are brand ambassadors who ensure that customers have a positive product experience at the point of sale.
* Greet and assist customers with product recommendations
* Demonstrate fragrances and encourage trials
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* Maintain kiosk hygiene and product display
* Manage billing, stock, and daily sales reporting
* Collect customer feedback and support brand promotions
Requirements :
* Prior retail experience preferred
* Strong communication and sales skills
* Confident and street smart
* Well-groomed and customer-focused
