Job Title: Sales Recruiter
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
We are looking for a Sales Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, specializing in sourcing and hiring sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, networking ability, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:-
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for sales positions through job portals, social media, and networking.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles.

Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure timely closures of open positions.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably sales hiring).

Any qualification (graduate/postgraduate).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
