Sales Relationship Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and resolve any issues related to service or claims.

Regularly check in with existing clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products.

Sales and Business Development:

Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and lead generation efforts.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of insurance products, focusing on both existing and potential clients.

Work with the marketing team to identify sales leads and target potential clients, maximizing opportunities for new business.

Build a strong sales pipeline, set goals, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Product Knowledge and Solution Selling:

Maintain a deep understanding of Aventus Insurance’s products and services to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs.

Advise clients on the best insurance solutions based on their requirements, including personal, commercial, and specialized insurance policies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position Aventus Insurance’s products.

Client Retention and Portfolio Management:

Implement strategies to improve customer retention by providing value-added services, offering competitive rates, and ensuring regular touchpoints with clients.

Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling and upselling other insurance products.

Track client renewals, initiate early contact for renewal discussions, and ensure timely processing of policy renewals.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, promotional content, and campaigns to attract new clients.

Coordinate with senior management to ensure that sales targets, objectives, and goals are met.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and lead generation efforts.

Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.

Track sales data, analyze trends, and make recommendations for process improvements or new sales strategies.

Compliance and Industry Knowledge:

Ensure that all sales and business activities comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and Aventus Insurance’s internal policies.
