Job Title: Sales Representative Executive
Department: Sales and Marketing
Location: Shopper Square, 3rd Floor, Room No. 307, 308 & 309, SNP Area, Sakchi, Jamshedpur – Near Delhi Darbar Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales through outbound calling, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and having a strong understanding of our services to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Sales: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services. Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries accurately.
Project Management: Manage 7 to 8 projects concurrently, ensuring all deadlines are met. Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with project timelines Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins to nurture client relationships.
Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system. Analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on lead generation and sales activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
Performance Metrics: Achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Number of qualified leads generated. Customer satisfaction and feedback scores. Timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines.
