Position: Sales Representative
Salary: 8000 to 10000+(TA+DA+MOB)

Requirement:

Must have 1 to 3 Years of experience in FMCG sales
Excellent sales and negotiation Skills
Good communication and 'people skills'
Confidence, motivation and determination
The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets

Role and Responsibility:

Understanding the product & sales process of the company.
To Increase the sales in the currently existing markets by maximizing point of sales and increasing brand sell through.
Meeting sales targets
Ensure the availability, Visibility, displays of our entire range of products & to ensure the good quality of displays.
Promoting new products and any special deals
Advising about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Recording orders and sending details to the sales office/ASM
Giving feedback on sales trends
Education: +2/Graduation
