- Position: Sales Representative
- Salary: 8000 to 10000+(TA+DA+MOB)
- Must have 1 to 3 Years of experience in FMCG sales
- Excellent sales and negotiation Skills
- Good communication and 'people skills'
- Confidence, motivation and determination
- The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets
- Understanding the product & sales process of the company.
- To Increase the sales in the currently existing markets by maximizing point of sales and increasing brand sell through.
- Meeting sales targets
- Ensure the availability, Visibility, displays of our entire range of products & to ensure the good quality of displays.
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office/ASM
- Giving feedback on sales trends
- Education: +2/Graduation
