Job Description
- Rapidly develop an understanding of the learning solutions proposition of Enggenious products and services
- Develop an awareness of the solutions: competency assessment, competency development, learning solutions design, instructor-led training, blended learning, e-learning, m-learning etc.
- Develop an understanding of each industry and the human resources development challenges unique to each segment that relate to learning solutions
- Identify prospective clients and understand the value proposition in each industry segment, then develop a sales plan using market sizing criteria and direction from their manager
- Set up and conduct sales presentations (virtual or face-to-face) with appropriate decision makers (HR, L&D, Operations, etc) leaders
- Compile all customer requirements in sufficient detail to enable the proposal team to develop a full proposal
- Follow up persistently to close out opportunities
- Target to close new sales
- Develop a proficiency in the use of software tools to input, prioritize, track and report opportunities to close
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
