Handling all the companies ecommerce initiatives on various online platforms.
Pitching products to prospective customers and
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare & email quotations, performa invoices and delivery challans.
- Follow up with the client for after sales enquiry.
- Sending out Introductory email, enquiry / sales requirement.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Identify profitable business and aggressively selling our products/services.
- Search online data of prospective clients (search engine JD, IndiaMart, Trade India, etc.)
- Providing daily leads from the CRM System and other softwares.
