Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation

Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.

3. Sales Negotiations and Conversions

Discuss terms and pricing with potential clients to close sales.

Handle objections effectively by providing clear and factual information.

Follow up with prospects to convert them into paying customers.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Provide after-sales support, resolving complaints promptly.

Keep clients informed about new products, promotions, and offers.
5. Market Intelligence

Gather and share market insights, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Suggest improvements in products, services, or sales strategies based on feedback.
6. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate sales records, client contact details, and follow-up schedules.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Track sales performance against set targets and KPIs.
