Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Appointment of Distributors/Super Stockiest.
• Responsible for Appointment of SR on Distributors Point.
• Give Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Report.
• Stock monitoring of DB and communication with SS.
• Look after the new business in modern trade and general trade.
• Monitor overall business of all appointed distributors in given territory.
• Monitor overall business of all appointed SR on Distributors point and Retail Sales.
• Helps SRs to resolve market related queries and to help SR to be more effective & productive in their daily counter visit and sale.
• He would be also responsible for achieving primary and secondary Sales Targets.
• Assist ASM with promotional ideas to increase business within the region.

Requirements:
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 2 Year Minimum Experience as Sale Officer in FMCG is mandatory.
• Experience in Spice industry will be a plus. 
• Responsible, organized, and willing to take initiative
