Job Description

Key duties include assisting with product selection, explaining features/promotions, handling payments, cross-selling, and ensuring store organization to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product details, compare features, and offer recommendations.
Sales & Transactions: Process sales (cash/card), handle returns, suggest add-on products (cross-selling/upselling), and inform customers about deals.
Store Operations: Restock shelves, organize merchandise, create appealing displays, and keep the store tidy and welcoming.
Problem Solving: Address customer complaints or issues to ensure satisfaction.
