Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/ services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
- Respond to customer communication and resolve issues aiming successful customer on boarding.
- Ability to influence and negotiate.
- Reach out to the customer leads through cold calling.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Hardworking and creative nature.
Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum 0-1yrs of experience in inside sales.
- A strong mindset to delight customers.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Excellent selling and negotiating skills.
- Experience in CRM and BRM is an added advantage.
