Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with little to no experience in sales to kick-start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for promoting and selling products/services, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Make cold calls, follow up on leads, and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Provide daily reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in local language and English.
