Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team for new car sales under a multi-brand strategy. The role involves direct sales to individual customers across India as well as establishing and managing relationships with registered car dealerships in multiple locations. This is a high-growth opportunity for professionals interested in automotive sales with remote working flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong communication skills, and a knack for customer engagement and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct Sales to Customers:

Promote and sell new cars across various brands directly to individual customers.

Understand and assess customer needs through remote communication channels (phone calls, WhatsApp, video calls, etc.).

Guide customers through the car selection process, comparing models, explaining features, and suggesting options based on their budget and preferences.

Assist customers in arranging vehicle test drives where applicable through associated dealer partners.

Share quotes, negotiate pricing within company-approved margins, and close sales remotely.

Provide information on finance, insurance, registration, and delivery processes.
2. Dealer Partnership Development:

Identify, contact, and onboard registered multi-brand car dealerships across cities and towns in India.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers to ensure a continuous supply of vehicle options.

Coordinate with dealerships for inventory, pricing, documentation, vehicle availability, and logistics support.

Serve as a liaison between the customer and the dealership to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Develop and expand a dealer network to ensure wide brand and location coverage.
3. Customer Support and Follow-up:

Maintain a database of leads and prospects using CRM tools.

Follow up on inquiries promptly and manage leads from start to finish.

Handle objections and address queries professionally and confidently.

Ensure excellent post-sale support, including coordination for delivery and after-sales services.

Collect customer feedback and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
4. Reporting and Performance Monitoring:

Maintain daily activity logs and sales reports.

Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer insights, competitor trends, and product demands.

Work closely with team leaders and the sales manager to improve performance metrics.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language.

Sales Orientation: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets; persuasive, confident, and energetic approach.

Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills; experience using CRM, WhatsApp, and email for professional communication.

Product Knowledge: Understanding of various car brands, fuel types (petrol, diesel, electric), financing options, and car features is beneficial.
