Job Title: Sales Representative - New Car Sales - Multi-Brand

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives as per sales targets achieved
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales Representative for new car sales across multiple automobile brands in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right vehicle, while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a field and showroom-based sales role with monthly salary and attractive performance-linked incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Lead Generation

Welcome walk-in customers at the showroom and respond promptly to inquiries.

Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, social media, exhibitions, roadshows, and outdoor marketing.

Follow up with interested leads and convert them into test drives and bookings.

Maintain a database of potential and existing customers using CRM tools or Excel.
Sales Process & Vehicle Delivery

Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable car models across brands.

Provide detailed information on product features, price, finance schemes, insurance, and accessories.

Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives.

Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely documentation, loan approval, registration, and vehicle delivery.
Product Knowledge & Upselling

Stay updated on specifications, features, price updates, and variants of all car brands sold.

Recommend add-on services such as extended warranty, accessories, insurance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

Participate in regular training sessions conducted by brand partners and dealership managers.
After-Sales Support

Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.

Maintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.

Collect customer feedback to improve service and experience.
