• We are looking for Sales Representatives to contribute in generating sales of our Retail Software. You will be responsible for closing sales deals walk-in / over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• An effective sales representative must be a good communicator and have people judgment skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services walk-in / over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
• The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and Sales increase in business.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities.
• Sell Peddle Plus by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects in the retail industry; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing timely response, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Maintaining a daily sales report and preparing future decisions on the analysis of the report.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Skill & Requirements

• Graduate in any stream.
• Good Negotiation skills.
• Good manners & Cool-tempered.

• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Should be passionate about retail and retail tech.
• Should have the ability to identify opportunities and potential leads.
• Should be a quick learner of technology-product.
• Good telecommunication skills with decent experience in retail technology.
• Good convincing power. Having patience in dealing with difficult clients.
• Good communication skills in either Hindi or English. Preferably both.
