Ambient Global Research is actively seeking a results-oriented Sales Specialist - Inside Sales to join our consulting team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in a high-performance team dedicated to crafting sales strategies that attract, nurture, and effectively convert prospects.

What you’ll do:

•          Advise clients on investments in Equities, Commodities, Crypto currencies, World Indices, and Forex markets across South East Asia, Middle East Asia, and Europe. 
•          Generate trial opportunities from provided leads. 
•          Present and follow up on research solutions to prospective clients to showcase our services. 
•          Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. 
•          Listen to customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. 
•          Generate revenue through phone conversations and persuasion. 
•          Foster customer relationships through regular follow-ups and uncover additional sales and business development prospects. 
•          Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints or objections. 
•          Manage clients and achieve or surpass revenue targets through new business development, upselling, cross-selling, customer retention, and acquisition.
