Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue.
- Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide clients with detailed product/service information.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and industry events.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM software.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
