Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, engaging manner.

Understand and promote products to meet customer needs and preferences.

Maintain deep product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to boost sales.

Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.

Manage stock levels and restock shelves as necessary.

Help in setting up promotional displays and visual merchandising.

Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/workspace.

Participate in regular product and sales training sessions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-first attitude with a passion for helping people.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
