Job Description
The work is performed in several systems such as our CRM, sales configurator & ERP systems (such as SAP)
•Preparing and sending commercial documents (e.g. order acknowledgment, invoice) to Neles customers and channel partners
•Collecting and submitting order-related technical documentation to customers
•Following up the progress of orders in manufacturing. Collaborating with factories regarding delivery schedule. Informing customers or local sales offices proactively when there are changes to delivery schedule
