Job Description
Inside sales Manager has overall responsibility for the direction and guidance of pre-sales, lead generation/qualification, marketing and enquiry handling process. In addition to this, he/she is also responsible for the end to end process for consumables and services sales, expansion and fulfilment process. The broad activities would include the following and other related activities:
Responsibilities:
1. Consumables and Services business expansion and fulfillment
- Quotations
- Orders and Fulfilment
- Dispatch and Deliveries with the logistics team
- Ensure Profitability and Customer Satisfaction
- Payment follow-up
- Ensure Services / AMC / consumables targets are met. ( with support from Technical Services team)
2. Lead Generation and Qualification
- Manage the company’s lead generation/qualification process and pass to relevant stakeholders for closure.
- Manage enquiries/leads received through multiple channels, be the first point of contact.
- Send quotations and follow-up for closures
- Help customer to fill in product requirement check-list.
- Scheule presentation for the appropriate product.
- Create and manage product catalogue and other marketing material, including websites, emailer and LinkedIn campaigns and measures the effectiveness of the same.
- Tenders watch – email and web.
- eTenders site registration and renewals.
- eTendering / Bid submission.
- Location: Thane(West), MUMBAI
- Candidates from central Mumbai / Thane would be preferred.
