About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting shipments for all new orders received
2. Keeping track of customer orders & shipments, mailing tracking id's & invoices to B2B customers
3. Tracking high-value customer orders
4. Resolving delivery order-related issues
5. Handling any issues related to warehouse-like miss-match, stocking, or any other issues faced
6. Reviewing pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
7. Working on regular reseller price updates on the website
8. Handling returns & refund issues, handling GST returns, and other payment issues
9. Working on the stock-in process of pending SKU's
10. Working on overdue payments calls to customers
11. Creating quotations as per customer/client enquiries
12. Filling vendor registration forms
13. Generating and processing new sales leads as necessary
