We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidated to join our team in a non-voice capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through written communication channels, providing information, addressing inquiries, and ultimately driving sales.

Responsibilities:

Email Proposals to the target audience

Lead Generation

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services through written communication channels (emails, chats, messaging platforms).

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.

Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the customer experience.

Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a non-voice capacity.

Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Problem-solving skills
