About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive After-Sales Support Specialist to assist customers after their solar or battery system purchase. You will handle support enquiries, coordinate service requests, and ensure customers receive a smooth post-installation experience.
Key Responsibilities • Provide phone and email support for existing solar customers. • Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate technical cases when needed. • Coordinate service visits, warranty claims, and installer communication. • Assist customers with monitoring apps, grid approvals, and documentation. • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver high-quality customer care.
Skills & Experience • Experience in customer service or after-sales support (solar/energy ideal). • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to explain technical information in simple terms. • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working remotely. • Reliable internet and home office setup.
