Sales Team Lead
Job Description
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives in a BPO environment, ensuring target achievement, process adherence, and high-quality customer interactions. The role involves driving team performance, maintaining compliance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Performance Management

Manage and drive team sales targets on daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Monitor individual and team KPIs including conversion, revenue, and productivity

Handle live calls, support agents in deal closures, and manage escalations
Team Handling & Floor Management
-
Supervise day-to-day floor operations and agent adherence
-
Conduct daily huddles, briefings, and performance reviews
-
Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and reduce attrition

Manage shrinkage, attendance, and roster compliance
Quality & Compliance
-
Ensure strict adherence to scripts, sales processes, and compliance guidelines

Coordinate with QA for call audits, feedback, and corrective actions

Enforce hygiene standards and Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP)
Reporting & MIS

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
-
Analyze performance data and share actionable insights with management
Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with Operations, QA, HR, and Training teams
-
Support hiring, onboarding, nesting, and team stabilization activities
-
Strong knowledge of BPO sales processes

Excellent team handling and leadership skills

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills

High ownership, accountability, and result orientation

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Minimum 1–5years of experience as a Sales TL / Senior Executive in a BPO

Experience in tele-sales or outbound sales process preferred
