Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Develop and implement an effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and selling techniques.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales team members.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for the senior management.
Resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
