Job Title: Sales Team Leader

CTC Offered: 5.4 to 6 LPA

Experience: 4-5 yrs + 1-2 yrs

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve both individual and organizational sales goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in sales strategy, and the ability to optimize performance through effective training and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete sales process, ensuring efficient lead generation and conversion.
Take ownership of team targets to align with organizational objectives.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve peak performance.
Address and resolve sales-related queries effectively.
Develop and implement strategies to generate customer referrals.
Utilize CRM tools for lead management, report generation, and performance analysis.
Optimize the Lead-to-Conversion ratio through effective lead management.
Enhance team productivity by implementing best sales practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality, reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and drive cross-sell opportunities.
Work closely with the database department to refine and enhance sales processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role as a Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager.
Strong understanding of CRM tools and data analysis for sales optimization.
Proven ability to train and mentor sales teams for high performance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales success.
