Job Description

# Key Responsibility: Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth. Team handling experience preferred.

# Lead a team of 10+ strong sales team who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards. Tele-Sales channel management.

# Define and execute recruitment and training for entire sales team regularly. Would be efficient in Hiring Telecallers, Sales Executive.
# Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.
# Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.

# Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy.

# Managing Productivity & Query handling. # Data management and MIS handling.

# Local candidates with Credit Card or Retail Assets experience preferred

Salary cycle: Every month 1st till 30 or 31st (Salary will be credited every 10th of the next month)

· Training for the new hires to be completed

· Make sure the team member (credit analyst) roles are completed on time

· Should drive the team to achieve the target every day/week/month

· Absenteeism should be maintained <5% in a month

· Attrition should be maintained <5% for every 6 months

· Should not be any escalations from the customer or from the bank

· Make sure monthly bank audits are completed without any observation

· Should be proactive in reporting anomalies to the management with respect to team members and process
