Job Description

Sales telecaller needed. No target pressure. Timings 10 am to 6 pm Mon to Sat. 12th pass and fresher females required. Fixed Salary 8-10 thousand and incentive 10000. Location: Sector 63,  Noida. Good communication skill in Hindi and basic understanding of English. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:

    • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to the products/services.

    • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing information about relevant offerings.

    • Set appointments for the sales team to follow up on hot leads or conduct product demos.

  • Sales Conversion:

    • Close sales over the phone by effectively addressing customer queries, concerns, and objections.

    • Guide customers through the purchasing process and ensure a smooth transaction.

    • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

    • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while dealing with customers.

    • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

  • Product Knowledge & Updates:

    • Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional offers.

    • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products and services.

  • Data Entry & Reporting:

    • Accurately input customer information and sales data into the CRM system.

    • Generate and submit daily or weekly reports on call activity, sales figures, and lead status.

  • Problem Solving & Handling Objections:

    • Address customer objections effectively and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

    • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work towards finding amicable solutions.
